About this role
Role Overview
Handle customer inquiries — including chatbot interactions — with a focus on written communication
Analyze technical issues using logs and customer data
Document recurring error patterns and collaborate closely with the internal development team
Working hours align with German business hours, but the position is fully location-independent
Requirements
Technical aptitude or experience in technical customer support
Structured and analytical work style; independent and solution-oriented approach
Experience with AI tools is a clear plus
German and English are the primary working languages. French or Scandinavian languages are an advantage
