The first three weeks on the job are an intensive onboarding period.
During this time you will get to know the company, the different teams, our product, our processes and, of course, our sales approach at Matera.
Your team leads Torben & Nikolai and your teammates will show you how they successfully guide prospects through to contract signing.
Afterwards they will help you find your own authentic approach to excite potential Matera customers.
After three weeks the most intensive phase of onboarding is over. You will not be left on your own, however, and will continue to learn through regular exchange with the team.
These formats include: weekly 1:1s with your team lead (Torben or Nikolai), weekly team meetings to celebrate results and set new goals, regular Q&A sessions with our most experienced sales managers, and ongoing coaching on rhetoric, conversation techniques and organization.
After around 6–12 months there is also the option to take on additional small projects alongside your daily tasks as a Sales Manager, working with your team to further develop Matera’s Sales and Marketing functions.
