Role Overview
- Conduct initial conversations with property owners
- Support property owners in selecting the right offering
- Guide clients through to the closing of the sale
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive target achievement
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and one-on-one meetings for personal development
Requirements
- You enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people
- Eagerness to develop your communication skills
- Strong communication skills (speaking and listening)
- Team player who supports colleagues and celebrates successes together
- Interest in the digitalization of the real estate industry
- Sales experience is not required
