End-to-End Project Ownership (Company-Wide Scope)
Manage and coordinate all projects involving Marketing, not limited to campaigns.
Ensure clear scoping of deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and responsibilities.
Track progress across multiple teams and ensure timely delivery.
Identify risks, blockers, and gaps early and drive resolution.
Cross-Department Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for any initiative impacting Marketing.
Work closely with: Product Owners, Brokerage, Compliance, Tech/ Web Development, CRM/ Automation.
Ensure full alignment across all stakeholders before execution.
Translation of Business Requirements into Marketing Execution.
Convert complex or technical requirements into clear marketing briefs and actionable tasks.

3+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or cross-functional marketing execution.
Experience in financial services, fintech, or trading industry.
Strong understanding of how product, trading environment, and marketing are connected.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously.
Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
