Role Overview
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, and closing
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Identify and engage decision-makers across various industries
- Conduct high-quality discovery calls to uncover client needs and position AI automation solutions
- Manage and track pipeline using CRM tools and sales platforms
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and performance targets
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo for lead generation
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a professional, consultative sales approach
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record in closing deals and driving revenue, not just setting appointments
- Strong expertise in cold calling, objection handling, and discovery
- Experience managing the full sales pipeline end-to-end
- Background in selling services, preferably in tech, AI, or automation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Experience with lead generation platforms and outbound prospecting tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in client-facing interactions
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
