About this role
Role Overview
Qualification calls with prospects (initial contact) via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Understand the interests and needs of potential customers.
Schedule appointments for follow-up conversations with our experts.
Coordinate and follow up on appointments to ensure they take place.
Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant information about leads and contacts.
Document conversations and the outcomes of lead qualification.
Work closely with sales colleagues to ensure qualified leads are handled efficiently.
Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve lead-generation processes.
Requirements
Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage potential customers professionally and persuasively.
Sales affinity: Interest in sales and a basic understanding of sales processes.
Organizational skills: Ability to coordinate appointments efficiently.
Self-motivation: Independent and proactive work style to achieve goals and qualify leads.
Technical skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software is not required but advantageous.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
