Role Overview
- Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and content creators
- Identify and engage potential influencers, negotiating rates
- Run paid social campaigns using influencer-generated content (IGC)
- Conduct market research and propose strategies for new markets
- Respond to inbound leads
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns
- Manage account operations, including reporting and budget tracking
- Brainstorm creative approaches for influencer campaigns
- Stay updated with industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team across channels
Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital marketing with a focus on influencer marketing
- Ability to analyze data and present results
- Proven track record with YouTube/Instagram campaigns
- Hands-on experience managing influencer collaborations
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of YouTube's/Instagram top creators
- Candidates located in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania preferred
