Role Overview
- Lead the British Business Bank’s Marketing function
- Shape, lead and deliver the Bank’s marketing strategy
- Drive a customer-first approach to improving access to finance for UK small businesses
- Build brand awareness, trust, and impact across the Bank’s audiences
- Oversee brand positioning and marketing strategy, including AI-driven marketing
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders including the CEO and Board
Requirements
- Outstanding B2B marketing leadership experience
- Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns
- Proficient in product and partner marketing
- Experience in digital strategy and customer experience
- Strategic, commercially minded leader
- Previous experience of marketing for a public sector organisation is beneficial
