About this role
Role Overview
You are the engine of our pipeline. Your role is not just to "collect leads," but to build a revenue pipeline.
You identify, contact, and qualify the most relevant SaaS and tech accounts across Europe and prepare them perfectly for our Account Executives.
Independent prospecting & targeting of relevant SaaS accounts
Cold calling (not optional — your strongest lever)
Multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email & phone
Build & own your outbound pipeline
Qualify leads and smoothly hand them over to Account Executives
Continuous nurturing and development of your accounts (account awareness & timing)
Working with modern SaaS GTM tools (CRM, sequencing, outreach, etc.)
Requirements
At least experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS outbound
Knows how to win on cold calls (not just make them)
Not afraid of rejection — draws energy from it
Works in a structured way but is flexible in conversations
Genuine interest in tech/SaaS & complex B2B software products
Wants to take ownership (not just complete tasks)
Enjoys performance-oriented work
