About this role
Role Overview
Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and administer tests for open positions.
Manage open, in-progress, and closed job vacancies.
Prepare and document evaluation reports for assessed candidates.
Provide feedback—positive or negative—to candidates who participated in internal and/or external selection processes.
Facilitate group exercises and assessment activities during interview processes.
Support administrative HR processes with the People Administration (Personnel Department) regarding onboarding documentation.
Support internship and young apprentice programs and their hiring processes.
Support management, coordinators, and the team on recruitment projects and in the use of HR systems.
Monitor metrics and key performance indicators for the area, using ATS platforms.
Oversee hires made through external agencies/consultancies, conducting interviews and maintaining controls.
Process payments for invoices and supplier bills related to recruitment and selection responsibilities.
Conduct exit interviews.
Conduct onboarding for new employees.
Support external audits and help manage processes and internal policies governing the department, ensuring corporate alignment across all business units (interaction with information security, quality, or similar teams).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Postgraduate degree or specialized coursework in the area preferred.
Experience with recruitment & selection processes and quota programs (e.g., young apprentices, interns).
MS Office: Intermediate level, especially Word and Excel.
Experience with ATS platforms.
Knowledge of HR metrics and reporting tools.
Knowledge of ISO 9000.
Preferred language skills: English or Spanish (ongoing studies acceptable).
