Director/Senior Director, Global Commercial Partnerships – HEOR

Role Overview

• Support the progressive growth of the Lumanity HEOR business
• Achieve sales targets within defined target accounts
• Identify, create and secure opportunities for partnership with clients
• Lead development of strategic objectives and account management practices
• Provide insight and analysis into account buying cycles and target opportunities
• Manage client outreach, engagement, and onboarding
• Support client negotiations and partnership activities
• Collaborate with consulting experts to position Lumanity services
• Manage opportunity pipeline to close projects
• Support development and implementation of HEOR Commercial & Operations Strategy
• Create and enhance key systems and processes

Requirements

• Excellent Strategic & Commercial acumen
• Solid track record in sales or business development within the pharmaceutical sector with a focus on HEOR / Market Access
• ‘Consultative Selling’ Mindset
• Strong growth drive with ability to create opportunities
• Confident in managing multiple workstreams
• Flexible to travel and work across time zones, including international travel as required
• Ability to research client account drivers and provide relevant analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related discipline
