Put your expertise to use and join our team as a Field Sales Representative — Dermatology (all genders)
Provide scientific information, present and market the relevant AbbVie products to office-based specialists and hospital specialists in compliance with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz, AMG)
Deliver target-group-oriented presentations and marketing of our products in line with the established brand strategy
Employ a broad omnichannel approach as part of the marketing mix
Design, organize and conduct educational events and represent the company at regional and national events
Perform continuous market analysis based on available data with regard to the sales development of our products and those of competitors
Identify potentials and critical developments and derive corresponding strategic activities for targeting and account plans
Develop, coordinate and implement a territory plan within the in-field team
Collect market information and customer insights and determine the customer’s position in the sales cycle
Maintain regular exchange with your regional manager, colleagues and other cross-functional teams
Professional reporting: timely and proper completion of all administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with all applicable functional requirements and legal and regulatory obligations, including procedures and processes related to ethics and compliance and the “Principles of Business Conduct” (Code of Business Conduct)
Requirements
Completed degree in a natural science, pharmaceutical representative training, or the required expertise in accordance with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG)
Previous field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not a strict requirement
Enthusiasm for the role and a commitment to continuous development
Ability to present complex scientific topics appropriately for the target audience and to discuss them with diverse customer groups
Strong persuasiveness and a results-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
High degree of agility and motivation to pursue and achieve goals
Strong digital competence and analytical skills combined with creativity
Pioneering spirit and a pronounced drive for success, including commitment to personal development within the company
Flexibility, willingness to commit and team spirit
Very good written and spoken English
