About this role
Role Overview
Develop strategic plans in collaboration with accounts and key stakeholders
Align cross-functional teams and manage account planning
Facilitate coordination of effective regional meetings for field teams
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of client relationships
Identify areas of mutual interest between AbbVie and key accounts
Map decision-makers and key stakeholders
Establish close, in-depth relationships with senior executives of key accounts
Serve as a liaison among cross-functional stakeholders and field teams
Effectively manage overall budget and resource allocation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing
Strong experience and solid knowledge of the oncology market
Experience in key account management is an asset
Strong understanding of strategic/institutional accounts in hemato-oncology preferred
Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding commercial targets
Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written
