About this role
Role Overview
Help customers by answering questions and solving issues via chat and email in English
Understand technical issues by checking logs and identifying bugs
Improve and automate support processes to enhance efficiency
Fine tune AI and the chatbot with Intercom automations
Collaborate with other teams to prepare inputs for developers and QA, testing features, and identifying weak spots
Build the knowledge base and monitor recurring questions
Collect feedback from users to improve understanding of their needs
Requirements
Experience in customer support ideally in IT, SaaS, or digital product
English at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken
Ability to understand basic technical context and work with logs, bugs, or tickets
Experience with tools such as Intercom, Jira, Trello or similar, or motivation to learn quickly
Experience with AI, automation, and process improvement
Proactivity, independence, and drive for better solutions
Empathy, patience, and ability to explain things simply and clearly
