Role Overview
- Provide friendly, fast support via live chat (Intercom), email, and occasionally by phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate closely with our technical team to resolve complex cases
- Gather and share customer feedback with our product team
- Identify, verify, and report bugs — and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Create helpful self-service content (FAQs, guides, etc.)
- Build strong relationships by being proactive and genuinely helpful
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Solid experience in customer support (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Analytical thinker with a strong appetite for learning
- Natural problem-solver comfortable with technology
- Pride in delivering excellent service and making things easier for others
