You independently identify automation opportunities within our internal business processes (e.g., Sales, Marketing, or Operations) and implement them using AI agents and low-code tools, contributing your own new tool ideas.
You support the AI taskforce in designing and prototyping AI-powered workflows that deliver real value to our B2B and e-commerce clients.
You build and maintain automations using tools such as Claude and Gemini and integrate agents into existing system landscapes.
You conduct market and technology research in the AI field to ensure we stay one step ahead technologically.
You translate complex technical concepts into clear, management-ready decision materials.
Requirements
You are enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree—ideally at LMU or TU Munich.
You have already achieved initial "breakthroughs" with your own AI projects—whether in university, internships, or personal projects (e.g., custom GPTs, AI automations, or building agent architectures).
You have a solid understanding of AI workflows and are comfortable working with LLMs and AI-based automation tools; ideally, you have some experience with Python or prompt engineering.
You have a proactive, hands-on mentality and are eager to solve complex problems with smart, automated solutions.
You have a strong affinity for B2B software and e-commerce and understand how efficient processes contribute to growth.
You communicate confidently in German and English, both spoken and written.
