About this role

Develop and own test strategies, test plans, and governance frameworks aligned with project goals
Lead, mentor, and manage testing teams, including test leads, and ensure effective test execution and coverage
Coordinate with development, business, product owners, and external vendors for seamless integration and testing
Oversee test case design, review, and execution, ensuring thorough validation and defect management
Monitor test progress, track risks and dependencies, and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders
Drive test automation strategy to improve testing efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance quality metrics
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, ensuring business sign-offs and readiness
Manage resource planning, effort estimation, and delivery commitments to meet project timelines

5-7 years leading Vision Plus or core banking system testing activity
Proven experience managing testing deliverables across multiple projects
Strong understanding of banking modules, FAS configurations, and regulatory compliance in financial environments
Experience estimating testing scope from BRDs and managing test resources efficiently
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications in banking systems, testing, or project management (e.g., ISTQB, PMP) are advantageous
