Role Overview
- Support the design and implementation of the strategic plan from ideation to execution.
- Work with business unit leaders to periodically assess the status of the strategic initiatives.
- Help drive alignment and effectively communicate the strategic plan to the organization.
- Support initiatives requiring significant strategic and analytical support to frame key issues, and conduct analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required, MBA strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Smartsheets, preferred.
- Strong communication skills, writes and presents effectively with staff and executive stakeholders.
- Must be fluent in English.
