About this role
Role Overview
Manage and support the after-hours product support pipeline, including ticket triage, bug reporting, and escalation through Jira and Freshservice
Act as a Service Desk representative, providing first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve basic incidents, identify system bugs, and troubleshoot issues
Ensure timely support delivery in line with agreed service levels and performance metrics
Guide users through application workflows and provide functional assistance to help them effectively use the platform
Requirements
Have up to 1 year of experience in product operations, IT support, or a similar role
Are able to work on Saturday and evening shifts in a regular basis
Are familiar with ticketing and documentation systems such as Jira and Freshservice
Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills with a structured, hands-on approach
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German language will consider as a plus)**
