About this role
Role Overview
You develop and own the marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B.
You manage all performance channels: SEO, SEA (paid search), affiliate, email, social media marketing, etc.
You drive the development of our brand: positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
You optimize the user journey and conversions across the entire funnel.
You analyze KPIs and translate insights into clear, actionable measures.
You always align marketing with measurable business impact (CAC, CLV, ROI).
You identify new business opportunities and help develop offer and pricing structures.
You work closely with Product, Sales, and Management.
Requirements
Several years of experience in performance and growth marketing.
Experience rapidly scaling digital business models.
Confident handling budget responsibility and KPI-driven management.
Strong prioritization and execution skills.
Strategic thinking combined with operational excellence.
Experience building affiliate programs and managing partner relationships.
Excellent understanding of user experience and conversion optimization.
You think in business cases and growth scenarios.
