- Ensure press releases are distributed to target audience
- Act as primary point of contact for clients during distribution process
- Recommend content best practices to increase engagement and visibility
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, customer service, or related field required
- BA degree in a communication-related field required
- Knowledge of SEO and content best practices desired
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (service industry background a bonus)
- Attention to detail and experience with proofreading
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Web applications (along with basic keyboarding skills)
