Utilize proactive sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and clinical leadership.
Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements and company culture fit.
Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records using applicant tracking systems.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top ABA talent.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Meet recruitment goals within established timelines while maintaining high quality standards.

Proven recruitment experience within ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health sectors preferred.
Strong ability to actively source candidates through diverse channels beyond posting jobs.
Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as BCBAs, RBTs, or Behavior Technicians is a plus.
Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
