Role Overview
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Qualify and process customer requests
- Contact internal stakeholders to prepare relevant pricing quotations
- Follow up with customers on unconverted quotes
- Assist customers in using online pricing tools
- Contribute to resolving commercial disputes
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Master’s program (M1 or M2) in International Trade or Transport & Logistics on an apprenticeship/work-study contract
- Proficient with IT systems and office software
- Good command of English is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability
- Autonomy, organizational skills, attention to detail, responsiveness and proactivity
