Performance & Growth Marketing Manager, SEA / Paid Social

Role Overview

• Manage and optimize our paid channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Develop and implement campaign strategies and budgets
• Test creatives, hooks and ad copy
• Set up and improve a clean tracking setup (UTMs, Analytics, conversion logic)
• Create clear reports and derive concrete actions
• Collaborate with Content/Community and our SEO agency
• Transfer performance learnings to other marketing areas
• Develop initial approaches to remain visible in new search environments (including AI)

Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing with budget responsibility
• Strong knowledge of Google/Microsoft Ads and paid social
• Analytical mindset and strong understanding of numbers and relationships
• Good sense for copy, audiences and conversion
• Structured working style: test, learn, improve
