Role Overview
Provide telephone and/or written support to customers and sales partners, aiming to deliver qualified, clear and solution-oriented responses (no sales).
Assist with maintaining, reviewing, and processing orders in internal systems.
Conduct quality calls with end customers to ensure service quality.
Document customer inquiries and maintain relevant information in our systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and quality.
Requirements
You are outgoing, service-oriented and not afraid to pick up the phone.
On the phone: You remain calm in challenging conversations and find appropriate solutions to customer issues.
By email: You write structured, clear and easy-to-understand messages that make customer concerns easy to follow.
You enjoy working independently, in a structured manner, and reliably.
