Role Overview
Build strong partnerships with HRBPs and business line leaders
Leverage Excel skills to build models and create reporting
Review and approve compensation exceptions with a thoughtful, business-minded approach
Design or redesign incentive plans that drive performance and align with business goals
Conduct job evaluations and maintain salary grade guideline models
Create tools, resources, and compensation guidance to help leaders make informed decisions
Provide expert advice on compensation policies, job design, reorganizations, and market pricing
Guide leaders through employment considerations including FLSA and wage/hour topics
Develop and deliver compensation training as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Seven or more years of related compensation program or relevant experience
Advanced/Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (must-have) — including complex formulas, modeling, dashboards, data validation, pivot tables, and building scalable tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills—you can translate data into clear, actionable insights
Ability to build credibility quickly with business leaders and influence decisions
Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, presentations, and compensation-related systems
Deep knowledge of HR and compensation policies, including FLSA
