The Enterprise Strategy team is responsible for helping steward the development of the company’s long-term strategy and associated priorities, connecting each business unit to those priorities, exploring white space opportunities for growth, and connecting the dots across businesses to accelerate existing revenue streams.

10 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession; related experience within management consulting, corporate development, financial analysis, public policy, product development, mergers and acquisitions, or similar role(s)
Ability to lead the strategy development and execution planning of transformative projects from end to end, with both internal and external entities
Ability to deliver engagements, with supporting zero-defect analysis
Ability to 'manage up', influencing internal and external partners, often more senior in job title
Expertise in storyboarding and logically framing presentations, both in written deliverables and in facilitating live discussions
Executive presence: demonstrated ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively
Comfort in ambiguity; demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and concepts
Comfort working in a matrixed environment and in managing competing priorities; demonstrated ability to juggle concurrent projects and prioritize effectively
