Lead discovery sessions to understand customer systems, workflows, pain points, and objectives
Develop and maintain a strategic technical roadmap for each account
Design and define tailored technical solutions that demonstrate ROI
Coordinate and lead technical specialists to deliver demos, benchmarks, evaluations, and ROI modelling
Establish credibility through consistent delivery and solution-oriented engagement
Cultivate long-term technical partnerships with customers
Partner with Account Executives to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Lead and mentor resolution of complex technical issues escalated by Customer Success

Degree, education or equivalent work experience in AECO or Data and Platform solutions
8 years experience in customer-facing roles
Fluent in English, an additional European language would be a benefit
Ideally knowledge of the Autodesk solution portfolio (AECO – Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations)
Outcome-focused approach to solving customer challenges
Experience or interested in a sales-supporting function (e.g., presales)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Influencing through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
Team player, managing multiple priorities
Ability to travel up to 20% within the EMEA region
