About this role
Role Overview
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions and guidance
Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
Support employee relations matters, including addressing concerns and partnering with managers on appropriate next steps
Assist with performance management processes, including reviews and follow-ups
Support recruiting efforts and candidate experience, as needed
Partner with payroll and benefits (via PEO) to help resolve employee inquiries
Maintain accurate employee records and support HR operations and compliance
Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements
Requirements
1–3 years of HR experience (internship, coordinator, or generalist experience considered)
Exposure to or interest in employee relations and manager support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience (e.g., PrismHR, BambooHR) is a plus
