Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns including up-sell, win-back, and pre-sale conversion efforts
Conduct outbound calling and follow up on abandoned orders and customer inquiries
Engage customers across multiple touchpoints to drive conversion and revenue growth
Support campaign tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign execution and timelines
Serve as backup support for commission payouts and investor reporting to ensure accuracy and continuity of operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems
Ensure data integrity to support effective campaign targeting and reporting
Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Own and drive key KPIs including conversion rates, upsell revenue, win-back success, and abandoned order recovery
Optimize and improve campaign performance based on KPI trends and insights
Report on and communicate results, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Manage sales Jira boards and maintain dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and clear visibility into pipeline performance
Requirements
Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
Minimum of 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
2+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or campaign-based customer engagement
Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, SMS)
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools, with the ability to accurately track activities and maintain customer records
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and adjust outreach strategies accordingly
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in execution and documentation
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
Bilingual communication skills are considered a plus, particularly when serving diverse communities
