Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Three years of experience managing people or projects.
Six years of insurance, operations, or related experience.
Advanced knowledge of Property and Casualty products and services.
Proven ability to lead and inspire team members to achieve optimal results in a highly collaborative and matrixed organization.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to various audiences.
Advanced relationship building skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and/or external partners.
Workforce Management experience within a contact center environment.
Two years of experience managing people or projects.
Four years of insurance, operations, or related experience.
