Performs standard and recurring legal operations tasks for U.S. and Canada, including processing and approval of legal invoices, accruals, expenses, and wire payments
Assists in the execution of complex tasks, including managing invoice workflows in SAP (RBAM/Fiori) and Brightflag
Participates in changing management initiatives by supporting the implementation of improvements in legal operations processes and tools
Prepares and routes LoEs, SOWs, and vendor documentation using Adobe Sign or similar tools
Coordinates employee onboarding and offboarding, including system access, equipment, rosters, announcements, and legal hold coordination
Utilizes legal technology tools effectively to manage tasks
Requirements
2+ years’ experience within legal services environment, finance operations, or administrative support
Experience with SAP (RBAM/Fiori), Brightflag, Adobe Sign, Microsoft 365 or similar enterprise systems
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance (preferred); or an Associate's/Certification/Vocational Training or equivalent
