Role Overview
- Lead and develop a team of professional kitchen designers to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive pipeline performance through strong follow-up strategies and conversion best practices
- Coach team members on closing techniques, customer engagement, and design alignment
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with Design Admin, Product, Order Entry, Contractors, and Customer Service
- Implement and refine processes to ensure timely and effective customer follow-up
- Lead ongoing training and professional development initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience with a strong track record of hitting sales targets
- Experience in commission-driven sales environments
- Background in kitchen design, cabinetry, and/or 2020 Design software (preferred)
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and retain top-performing team members
- Strong communication skills—able to simplify and present complex ideas clearly
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for developing others
- Reliable, organized, and accountable
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
