About this role
Role Overview
Own all aspects of sales growth in your assigned territory
Balance channel development with direct end-user engagement
Develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy in your assigned territory
Maintain accurate CRM and new customer acquisition plans, collaborate across commercial teams to drive new revenue growth
Drive opportunities from first contact to repeat sales through consistent follow-ups
Develop and manage distributor partners by recruiting, training, and supporting their sales teams
Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, upsell, and long-term partnerships
Prospect, pitch, and close turnkey palletizing projects from scoping and proposal through delivery and on-site integration
Travel extensively to customer sites (manufacturing plants) and channel partners to conduct presentations, demonstrations and evaluations
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs and market trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial or electrical) or related field, an asset
Significant experience in technical solution sales, acquired in automation, robotics, or industrial equipment
Demonstrated experience in both direct sales and channel management
Proven track record of exceeding targets, with success in both new account acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
Highly motivated self-starter (entrepreneurial skillset) with ownership and accountability of results
Strong technical and business acumen; able to present and sell value to both engineers and executives
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, CRM Software, ERP, Software, Automation and Robotics technology
e.g. UR Caps, Polyscope, etc.
Languages: English complete professional proficiency and capacity to adapt to targeted audience.
