Manage multiple concurrent projects to completion with minimal supervision, partnering with Sales leadership to resolve process bottlenecks.
Develop forward-looking insight frameworks that measure how ICX creates business value across customer maturity levels, industries, and customer segments.
Drive automation and efficiency through system enhancements, reusable tools, and best-practice sharing.
Partner with Data Engineers to build dashboards and scorecards that scale insight delivery across our global sales and support teams.
Create scalable reporting frameworks that let teams easily access dashboards and insights.
Drive data accuracy and clarity while building confidence in every insight by aligning how metrics are defined, tracked, and visualised across the business.
Craft executive narratives and presentations that link insights to the ICX vision and support WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs with synthesized findings.
Partner with GTM, Finance, and Strategy teams to surface next-best actions through data storytelling and visualization.
Requirements
8-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, data analysis, or strategy roles—preferably in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or product organizations.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Ai first mindset
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and synthesizing data into insights that influence senior executives.
Strong understanding of sales operations processes, sales cycles, and reporting frameworks.
Advanced Excel skills (multi-variable models, advanced formulas, pivots, logic matching) and strong PowerPoint skills, including Excel integration and automated charting.
Hands-on experience with SFDC, Dynamics, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
Exceptional storytelling, communication, and executive-presentation skills.
Highly organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently and deliver under pressure.
