Role Overview
- Assist new customers with onboarding and initial use of the systems
- Respond to technical inquiries
- Support customers with general inquiries
- Document customer interactions and resolutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes
Requirements
- Experience supporting and advising B2B customers, ideally in a SaaS company or similar environment
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or account management is a plus
- Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to remain calm in dynamic situations
- Customer focus and an aptitude for understanding customer issues
- Enjoys solving problems
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
