About this role
Role Overview
Assist new customers with onboarding and initial use of the systems
Respond to technical inquiries
Support customers with general inquiries
Document customer interactions and resolutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes
Requirements
Experience supporting and advising B2B customers, ideally in a SaaS company or similar environment
Experience in customer service, technical support, or account management is a plus
Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to remain calm in dynamic situations
Customer focus and an aptitude for understanding customer issues
Enjoys solving problems
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
