About this role
Role Overview
Assist new customers with onboarding and initial use of our systems
Respond to technical inquiries
Handle customer requests via phone, email, chat, and other channels
Document customer interactions and resolutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes
Requirements
Experience supporting and advising B2B customers, ideally within a SaaS company
Experience in customer service, technical support, or account management is a plus
Solution-oriented mindset
Customer-focused with a strong interest in problem solving
German and English, both written and spoken; other European languages are an advantage
