Establishment Operations Officer

Role Overview

• Maintain and update positions, hierarchies, jobs, locations and departments within Fusion
• Support end‑to‑end restructures, redesigns and TUPE processes
• Provide clear guidance to managers on establishment governance and processes
• Analyse and correct establishment and hierarchy data
• Work collaboratively with People Business Partners, and other colleagues across the organisation.
• Support and deliver mandatory establishment briefing sessions for all managers

Requirements

• Strong Excel and general IT skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working with data and systems
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• Excellent teamwork skills
