Provide strategic and clinical leadership to Barnet’s Mental Health Support Teams (MHST)
Work closely with Early Help, schools, health, and external partners to deliver high-quality, evidence-based and inclusive mental health support to children, young people, and their families in Barnet
Oversee budgeting, performance and service development while maintaining a small clinical caseload
Provide specialist clinical supervision and line management to senior managers
Requirements
Suitably qualified and registered senior CYPMHS clinician (HCPC or equivalent)
Significant post‑qualification experience working with children, young people and families
Strong track record of leading MHST or comparable CYPMH services
Expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, clinical leadership, supervision, service development and partnership working
Proven ability to identify high‑quality, cost‑effective approaches to expanding the MHST and TAS models across Barnet schools
