About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the OOG and Breakbulk business
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global and regional markets
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Achieve and exceed revenue targets for OOG and Breakbulk services
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team specializing in OOG and Breakbulk cargo solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
5-10 years of experience in sales
Strong knowledge of OOG and Breakbulk cargo handling
Exceptional sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent leadership and team-building skills
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
