Assist the Director of Player Personnel to obtain information on prospective student-athletes
Establish and maintain effective relationships with coaches and individuals associated with prospective student-athletes
Help implement recruiting and communication plans for prospective student-athletes
Help maintain the football recruiting databases (ARMS/Teamworks, Catapult, Zcruit, Whistle) and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
Assist with planning and coordinating official and unofficial visits to campus (itineraries, hosts, name tags, seating charts, compliance paperwork, complimentary tickets, etc.) and scouting visits
Assist the Director of Football Operations with other administrative duties associated with practice, competition, and football related events and projects as needed
Other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree by hire date
Previous experience with an intercollegiate athletic program (in any capacity)
Proficient in the use of social media for communication and recruiting plans
Knowledge of ARMS, Catapult, DVSport, Hudl, Whistle, PFF, and Zcruit
Strong working knowledge of all NCAA rules and regulations with an emphasis on recruiting bylaws
Must possess the ability to meet project deadlines and work under time constraint and pressure
Possess outstanding customer service and community relations skills and the ability to communicate (verbally and written) and work effectively with a wide range of constituents
Technical football knowledge including terminology, schemes, and procedures that are used in football.
