Team Lead Marketing

Role Overview

• You are responsible for the entire marketing area — from performance to content and community.
• You develop strategies, set priorities and keep the overall direction clear.
• You bring solid hands-on experience in Paid Social, particularly on Meta.
• You know how to set up campaigns effectively, continuously optimize them and scale them systematically.
• You lead the existing team and help us continue to grow it.
• You always focus on efficiency, individual strengths and professional development.
• With a clear focus on brand and storytelling, you think about our brand holistically — from the first touchpoint to long-term brand loyalty.
• You love numbers and dashboards, test hypotheses, optimize funnels and derive actions that truly work.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing — ideally in a startup or agency
• Strong performance marketing expertise — especially operational experience with Meta
• Team lead experience: you have previously managed and developed a marketing team
• Brand sensibility: you appreciate strong brands, good design and clear language — and know how to bring these elements together consistently
• Analytical thinking, confident handling of KPIs, tools and budget management
• You bring the drive to tackle challenges, think solution-oriented and are eager to take on responsibility.
