About this role
Role Overview
You take full ownership of your sales funnel — from the initial outreach to long-term customer relationships
You generate and qualify opportunities in the B2B SaaS space and keep your pipeline clean and up to date
You independently conduct product demos, workshops and decision meetings with various stakeholders
You develop solutions for customers, negotiate terms and drive deals to a successful close
You identify cross
and upsell opportunities early and expand existing accounts
You work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success, bringing market insights directly into the product
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally focused on SaaS or IT solutions
Proven success in closing — e.g., meeting/exceeding quotas, closed deals, pipeline ownership
Confident presence when engaging with decision-makers at both technical and management levels
Excellent German and English, both written and spoken
Structured, data-driven working style — CRM, forecasting and funnel KPIs are part of your daily toolkit
Willingness to travel for trade shows, client meetings and on-site workshops
Experience in security, identity or IT infrastructure environments (nice-to-haves)
