Established Search is supporting a confidential, high-growth dental technology company in hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive new business and support continued commercial expansion. This role involves developing new customer relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and closing new business with dental practices and group organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Carry and consistently exceed an individual sales quota
- Identify, qualify, and close new dental practice and group opportunities
- Deliver consultative demos tailored to operational and clinical needs
- Build strong relationships with dentists, practice owners, and office managers
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting via CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience selling dental software or healthcare SaaS
- Proven success carrying and exceeding an individual sales quota
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, and closing skills
- Experience managing a full-cycle SaaS sales process
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment
- Confident engaging with dental practice decision-makers
- Experience selling into dental practices, DSOs, or multi-location groups
- Background in recurring-revenue SaaS models
- Strong CRM discipline and accurate forecasting
- History of top-tier performance
