Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees;
Monitor performance evaluations and support development plans;
Contribute to training and development programs;
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures;
Assist in benefits management and wellness initiatives;
Support engagement activities, organizational climate efforts, and internal communication;
Provide support in HR administration routines (hiring, termination, vacations, etc.);
Assist with timekeeping, time bank management, and time off;
Organize and maintain HR documents and files.
