Support the organization and monitoring of Human Resources processes (Faber-Castell employee journey, from onboarding to Development and Engagement programs).
Consolidate and update people databases (performance, engagement, HR metrics).
Assist in preparing materials and executive presentations.
Support the tracking of action plans with leadership.
Assist in organizing and improving HR processes.
Support internal communication of HR initiatives.
Organize departmental documents and controls.
Liaise with internal departments to support HR requests.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
