Handle the operational layer: contracts, certifications, renewals, and partnership agreements without dropping the ball
Qualify inbound partner channel leads—run early discovery, assess fit, and move qualified prospects forward fast
Own account growth for clients that come in through the partner channel—nurture relationships post-close, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure partners see measurable results from co-sell motions
Engage prospects to understand their real priorities, and map those needs to Blank Metal’s AI engineering capabilities with precision
Present and pitch in a consultative style through proposals, decks, and live conversations—that earns trust and closes deals
Represent Blank Metal externally at conferences, partner meetups, and industry events: listen, connect, qualify
Design and deploy AI agents that automate partner communications, detect opportunities, and manage pipeline workflows
Build AI-powered tools for partner health scoring, attribution tracking, and data analysis, not spreadsheets
Demonstrate Blank Metal’s AI-native operating model through how you actually run your partnerships
Own your metrics: partner-sourced opportunities, conversion rates, and overall revenue contribution
Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline using Crossbeam, HubSpot, and Notion
Partner with delivery to scope deals realistically and set clients up for success from day one
Collaborate with marketing to sharpen messaging, co-create campaigns, and activate thought leadership that drives inbound
Requirements
5+ years in partner development, business development, or consultative sales with a track record in professional services and AI. Previous AI experience is required to be considered.
Demonstrated AI-powered workflow experience: you’ve built agents or automations for partner ops and you can show them
Fluent in modern BD tools: HubSpot, Crossbeam, Notion. You use them to drive outcomes, not log activity
Proven ability to build partner programs that generate measurable, attributed revenue
Track record of opening new accounts through outbound prospecting, not just managing warm inbound
Strong communication across technical and executive audiences. You can hold a whiteboard session with engineers and a strategy conversation with the C-Suite
Relationship builder who earns trust at all levels inside partner organizations and with prospective clients
Data-driven and attribution-obsessed: you track what you own and you know what’s working
Entrepreneurial and self-directed, you build the structure, you don’t wait for it
Comfortable representing Blank Metal publicly, in-person and online
