Role Overview
- Provide routine day-to-day legal support for the practice management businesses, covering a broad range of legal issues in a complex healthcare environment.
- Offer healthcare regulatory advice related to arrangements with physician practices.
- Collaborate with operations teams to grow The Network and Core Ventures and improve the performance of the practices.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant legal health care focused experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
- Significant experience in fraud and abuse and other healthcare laws, transactions, and contract negotiations
- Juris Doctor Degree with excellent academic credentials
- Member of a state bar in good standing
