Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison for the executive, demonstrating exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and their EAs, especially in key regions across Asia.
Coordinate and orchestrate a high volume of diverse and complex meetings, both virtual and in-person, including agenda development, material preparation, taking minutes, and tracking action items to ensure productive outcomes.
Correspond with internal stakeholders and third parties, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion, and respecting confidentiality at all times.

Requirements
High school education or equivalent; some college-level education highly preferred.
Typically requires a minimum of 9+ years of general administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and college-level education.
Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant in the PC industry, with a strong preference for experience within Silicon Valley.
Demonstrated experience working in a global environment, adept at managing relationships and scheduling across multiple time zones, with a specific emphasis on collaboration with partners in Asia.
Experience successfully working on multiple issues/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Teams; SharePoint skills are a plus.
Ability to learn and manage multiple internal tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, travel and expense systems).
