Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle to deploy a new Project and Portfolio Management tool across ELEC, including prioritization, backlog creation, sprint planning and coordination of testing.
Manage projects and programs and define processes to govern budgets, latest estimates and the reporting of actual expenditures.
Lead business process discussions and alignment between service providers and business teams.
Ensure program deliverables are achieved and escalate risks where necessary.
Supervise a vendor PMO team to ensure project tracking and reporting for the different Business Lines (BLs).
Strengthen Lean adoption across the organization by engaging teams in the approach, continuously improving existing Lean procedures and implementing new operational Lean mechanisms.
Develop and maintain a Kaizen roadmap, including Kaizen events within Digital Technology (DT) as well as external Kaizen events in which DT should participate.
Manage project communications, both internally within DT and externally.
Apply a continuous-improvement mindset to all responsibilities, processes and applications.
Establish work standards for all responsibilities.
Stay informed of industry best practices, innovations and emerging technology trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure standards are properly implemented and complied with.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in digital technologies and managing large-scale programs.
Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and to coordinate multiple ongoing initiatives involving diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to handle difficult situations with creativity.
Uses critical thinking and structured approaches to prioritize work and deliver sustainable solutions.
Ability to anticipate obstacles and develop plans to address them.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
